There is no expiry date for all our sessions. You can come back any time you like! However, it is best if you could come back every 4 weeks for more visible results.

For pregnant women, you are able to come back for your treatment after you have given birth.

Shave a day before your treatment and avoid shaving or waxing for 4 weeks. You will only need to shave again before your next treatment.

Shaving fees apply if you require our help with the shavings.

Avoid sun exposure, tanning, bleaching 1 week before your treatment.

You are required to make your initial payment before or during your first visit, and subsequent payments on your second and third visit.

Rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment is not allowed. If you wish to reschedule, kindly provide at least 48 hours' notice.

If an appointment is rescheduled last minute (less than 48 hours), cancelled, or if there's a no-show, it will be counted as a missed appointment.

The remaining sessions will be forfeited if you missed your appointments for more than 3 times.

If you are running late, we do offer a 15-minute grace period. However, if you arrive beyond this time frame, we might not be able to accommodate your session due to time constraints. In such cases, you'll need to make a new booking, and it will be considered a missed appointment.
